Guided setup session
Once the device arrives, we schedule a dedicated setup session. We walk through the full process step by step, device initialisation, seed phrase generation, secure backup, and verification. Every step is explained, confirmed and completed before we move to the next.
Security & backup review
Setup is only half of it. We review how the seed phrase is backed up and stored, the most common point of failure in cold storage. We discuss what happens if the device is lost, damaged or stolen, and ensure the client has a clear, tested recovery plan before the session ends.
First transfer & verification
The session concludes with the client receiving a small test amount of bitcoin into the new wallet and verifying the transaction — confirming the setup is correct and the client is comfortable with the process before any significant funds are moved.
